Leone Carey has worked extensively in film and television production. She has spent many years as a scriptwriter, lyricist, producer and director in children’s television. Her interest in writing and illustration has grown as a result. Leone aims to combine her words, pictures and quirky concepts into engaging stories for the child at heart.

Leone has developed a wide scope of art practices and styles; from fine ink work and bold charcoals to collage and printmaking.
